At this time we would like you to please enter your customer code and the password you have been provided with to enter the
support download area. In the support download area you will find patches and updates for all of your software products.
The files are grouped by product and all you will need to do is download the file by clicking on it's name on the download
page and then running it on your computer.
This is a small part of how we want to be able to help you and provide you with software support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Furthermore, we want to assure you that you will not hear "That is not an Ultimate Software problem, that is a Microsoft Problem"
or something along those lines. Not only do we support our software, we will help you fix difficulties that you are experiencing
with your other software that works in conjunction with your Ultimate Software.
There are no excuses here; you will not hear us blaming your hardware vendor, or another software vendor for problems, even if they are at fault.
If we can't fix the problem ourselves, we would like to contact the other vendor on your behalf and work out a solution for you with them.
This will hopefully remove frustrating situations with your systems and make you happier than you have ever been with any other software company.
